Vineyard Management Services

• Farm Labor Contracting - We employ over 75 laborers each year and are able to scale up as needed. Our team currently manages and provides labor for over 600 acres across Napa, Sonoma and Mendocino Counties.

• Skilled Labor Contracting - We have a team of tractor drivers and an experienced management team that can provide any vineyard maintenance services needed.

• Pest Control Services - We staff a qualified applicator that performs routine scouting and writes recommendations for in-house pest control applications performed by Nord applicators.

• Grape Marketing and Harvest - Our team harvests thousands of tons per year but most picks are performed by hand and are small in scale, typically picking 20 tons or less into half ton macrobins and harvest lugs. We market, sell, pick and deliver all of the fruit we produce.

Consulting Services

• Evaluation/ Location/ Developing/ Marketing - Nord Vineyard Services has operated in the Napa Valley for over 30 years developing many properties across it. We provide expert advice on the identification and procurement of real estate and subsequent guidance on successful vineyard development and marketing strategies.

• Soil Analysis and Mapping - We have a soil scientist prepared to do in-depth suitability analysis and make recommendations on amendments. Our viticultural team is capable of producing high detail maps on soil, vine physiology, and other factors.

• Grape Sales - Nord Vineyards has been selling fruit since it began growing grapes and therefore is qualified to advise our clients on grape market dynamics and connecting producers with buyers.
